Joshua 1:9

Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you may go. Joshua 1:9

Home

At least that's how it felt finally sleeping in the trailer again.
Bee's been so happy and even sleeping better.
I didn't realize that having her own real bed again would make such a difference.
She is so much happier!
We all are.
Back in our own space, and privacy.
And although I was quickly reminded just how small it does feel to live in 400 sq ft.
It's our 400 sq ft.
Where we feel at home.
Though I have no idea what the future holds for us.
Or how long we'll be in any given place.
I want to just relish this time we have here.
I want to look back on this summer and know we made the best memories and made the most of our time with family.
I've been reminded several times in just the last few weeks that there are no guarantees in life.
Loved ones can be with you one second and gone the next.
So make the most it.

View from my kitchen table
I love how the sunlight filters through the trees and in our windows
My view from my favorite chair
The best ever sign from my nieces
Creek time on a hot summer day...love
Best friends and cousins
Lots of time to ponder and reflect driving down long country roads

Home....

We're home.
And it still feels a bit surreal.
I can not believe we've been away 5 months.
Not a single person here agrees with me, but the time went by so fast.
We've been slowly reentering life here.
I've only left the house twice in the last week.
And I'm supposed to drive somewhere tomorrow.
Won't lie.
It scares me a little.
But it feels so good just to be home.

Leaving Home

It's almost time. We move out in 2 days. Leaving the only home I've ever know. I knew it would be hard; but it's even harder than I thought. I've been an emotional basket case and started to tear up just walking to the mailbox. I've been walking down the driveway to the mailbox thousands of times, since I was 6 years old. This could be the worlds longest and sappiest post if I take a trip down memory lane. So I'll spare you that! Here are a few pictures of my safe haven.
