Christmas in Thailand

We've had so many Christmas activities going on the last few days that we made a family decision to have our family Christmas on Sunday night and Monday morning. We are about to ice cookies and watch movies and other holiday fun so a post coming later with all that!
On Saturday afternoon we had a team get together with the core missionary team here in Chiang Mai, they are really like a big family and were very kind to invite us to join them. Bee loved being the center of everything and didn't miss out! She also loved having 8 older "cousins" to answer to her every whim! :-)
We had a very tasty meal, played games, watched movies, ate cookies, and just all around had a blast! One thing I'll never forget and hope to continue on in our family, is the family reading of a Christmas story in the best narrator voice you can muster. It was so fun hearing the different accents people used for their voice in taking turns reading.
